Who asked for and/or authorized this?
What is the result you want to see?
When is it needed?
Where are the resources coming from?
Why is it important? (business value)
How will we know it is successful? (metrics)
The responses to these questions, if asked, examined, and answered thoroughly, will provide the foundation for your success.
